As long as you are not hungry and only really eat when you are you will be the weight you are meant to be. It should be all about how you feel, not the numbers on the scales. If you have a small frame you probably won't ever be huge. As long as you feel healthy and are reasonably fit it doesn't matter if you put on a few pounds after pigging out for a week x

In response to::/

Well done you :)
I hate that word. Am sick of looking on the back of packets to see how many it contains!

Don't forget though that the calories you burn off can also get added back on to your daily total..Therefore giving you extra calories to consume..Or not used will speed up your weight loss.. I know which one id go for..Its not alot of calories for a whole day really..Especially when a slice of white bread contains around 100calories!

Your doing really well..And I bet you have lost weight and are looking good..You just don't notice it as you see your self everyday and as its graudual to you. :) xx

In response to:Calories

not really...I saw a diet as well that gave me far more food than I could even eat...LOL...GBHs...XXX

In response to:Calories

I wish to God I hadn't either - their phish food is to die for x

In response to:Calories

That's worrying.

In response to:Calories

I have never tried Ben & Jerrys.

In response to:Calories

keep at it hun:)

In response to:Calories

Had to laugh at those charts of your calorie intake...measured mine once and I should have been eating loads more for my size, which is ridiculous as I was needing to lose weight not put it on...:) GBHs...XXX

In response to:Calories

It sounds like next to nothing to me but then i have eaten a whole big tub of ben&jerrys today and my dinner!!
